By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Fast Dream if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Application through Fast Dream Educational Consulting Services Co., Ltd.
1. Application and Acceptance:
Applicants must register through the approved channels of Fast Dream Educational Consulting Services Co., Ltd.
The applicant is responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the registration process.
2. Fees:
All required fees for registration or application must be paid within the specified time, in accordance with the company’s policies.
In case the applicant withdraws or fails to complete the procedures, no fees will be refunded.
3. Commissions:
The commission for the agent is determined based on an agreement between the parties and can only be modified with written approval from the company.
4. Commitments:
The applicant commits to not manipulate or provide false information during the application process.
The applicant agrees to follow the instructions and guidance provided by the company or the authorized agent.
5. Confidentiality:
The company is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the personal information provided by the applicant.
Third parties are prohibited from accessing or using this information for personal or commercial purposes without the applicant's permission.
6. Amendments to Terms:
Fast Dream Company reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time, and applicants will be notified of any changes when necessary.
Payment of Service Fees to the Company
1. Initial Payment:
The student is required to pay $180 as an initial payment, which represents 30% of the total fees, after receiving the official application form from the company.
2. Final Payment:
After receiving the acceptance letter, the remaining amount of the fees ($420) must be paid, which represents 70% of the total fees.
3. Company Service Fees:
A non-refundable fee of 30% applies in the following cases:
If the student withdraws after receiving the application form.
If the university rejects the application, the student may apply to another university with the company’s assistance.
4. Financial Commitment After Issuance of Final Acceptance Letter:
The student must pay 100% of the remaining fees after receiving the final acceptance letter from the university.
The amount is non-refundable, regardless of whether the student registers at the university.
5. Official Clarifications to the University:
The company will provide official clarifications to the university and supply all necessary details about the student in case of delayed registration or non-application.
6. Note on Fee Payment:
If the student does not pay the remaining fees after the final acceptance letter is issued, a grace period of 7 to 10 days will be given.
After the grace period without payment, the company reserves the right to take appropriate actions against the student.
Contracts with Companies, Offices, Agencies, Individuals, etc.
1. Subject of the Contract:
The first party (Fast Dream Company) grants the second party (the agent) the right to promote the company’s services within a specified geographic area.
2. Agent's Commitments:
Promote the company’s services exclusively in the specified geographic area.
Adhere to the prices and policies set by the company.
Refer interested students directly to the company after collecting the required documents.
Maintain the company’s reputation and avoid actions that could harm its interests.
Not contract or work for competing entities for 6 months after the contract ends.
3. Company's Commitments:
Provide the agent with official marketing materials (electronic and printed).
Pay the agent the due commission for each student accepted after paying the fees.
4. Commission and Payments:
The agent receives a commission of $70 from the fee paid by the accepted student.
The agent is not entitled to any additional salaries or allowances other than the agreed commission.
If the student fails to complete the procedures or withdraws, the agent is not entitled to any commission.
5. Confidentiality and Non-competition:
The agent is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information and data.
The agent is prohibited from retaining copies of documents or using them for personal purposes.
The agent is prohibited from dealing with any competing entities, directly or indirectly.
6. Contract Duration and Termination:
The contract is valid for one year and is automatically renewed unless one party notifies the other of its desire to terminate it.
The first party has the right to terminate the contract immediately if the agent violates any clause of the contract or engages in price manipulation or competitive activities.
7. Amendments to the Contract:
Any amendments to the contract must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

Limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
